I started writing an article with action items for you to do, but I realized that a long post would not help get to the main message I wanted to send out there this week. That is why I will reduce this post to a quote.
A few days ago, I attended an event where Eric Maisel, a creativity coach, explained that once people knew they had a big change coming into their lives, it would usually take them between 5 to 6 years to make the change. It is hard, but not surprising to hear that it can take so long.
This week I would like you to remember one of his suggestions: “Add your life purpose to your to-do list.”
As he mentioned, you can have several life purposes, so don’t get stuck in thinking that you have to find the big one.
What will you add to your to-do list this week?
